English term

lease

English to French Bus/Financial Finance (general) leasing
The context is still the credit leasing agreement as before.
What is "lease" here, both in the title of the agreement above or as in:
"Principal represents being party to a commercial transaction whereas in agreement with its contracting party and their bankers it has accepted to demonstrate its intent to honour a deferred payment by causing to *issue or lease* financial instruments"
I thought about "émettre ou céder par bail" but feel it does not make sense.
Again thanks for you help.
