English to Polish Bus/Financial Finance (general)

A shall pay the Commission to B pro-rata to payments actually received by A ... unless such sales involve bonds given by A (such as bid bonds, performance bonds...), in which event the Commission will be paid at such dates as agreed upon between A and B and, in the absence of such agreement, A may postpone such payments until full RELEASE of all such BONDS and GUARANTEES.
