My suggestion. "Filant" is notoriously difficult but the idea is no interruptions or breaks. 'Brut de décoffrage' simply means no rendering or other finish. New Brutalism style stuff. The idea being a whole expanse of what I would find a very ominous ceiling looking as if it's about to drop on my head.
