Zum Teil wird angenommen, dass mit dieser Formulierung ein durchschnittlich gebildeter Arbeitnehmer auf alle bestehenden, d.h. sowohl auf ihm bekannte als auch auf unbekannte Ansprüche verzichten will, sofern nicht besondere Umstände dagegen sprechen.
