...Et c'est l'architecte mandataire qui est le premier responsable pour un projet de construction ou les TP:
"Pour ce cadre d'exercice, le législateur a bien défini les contours juridiques du groupement qui peut présenter, s'il est mal "ficelé", des risques importants pour chacun de ses membres et plus particulièrement pour le mandataire." http://www.architectes.org/outils-et-documents/commande-publ...

to my thinking the architect´s name does not appear on the building but on a specific doc., i.e. building permit according to the following reference.
