English to Czech Tech/Engineering Engineering (general)

Pipes will be picked from the blow molding machine(s) by a robot arm and placed onto a short conveyor and transferred to an operator pick up point. The operator will then load the pipe to the cooling station dial. The dial will consist of 16 positions/fixtures (3 positions will be used for operator load/unload). Index time will be 3seconds and time between indexes will 22 seconds. Total cooling time will be 350 seconds. Dial positions 14-16 will be used to apply the adhesive backed bar code label. This will serve later in the process as the poke-a-yoke to ensure all pipes in the assembly process have been properly cooled for dimensional stability. Remaining dial positions will be reserved for forced air cooling.
