@Darin Fitzpatrick: schon klar, aber bitte welche englischsprachige Person soll das denn nach der Übersetzung auch so verstehen; gäbe es im Englischen einen Ausdruck mit "black", ok. Es gibt eben Ausdrücke, die man nicht sinnerhaltend übersetzen kann.

Das wäre ähnlich zu vielen danebengegangenen Slogans, z.B. Automarke "Nova", in Spanien ein Flop, da "no va" "nicht funktioniert" bedeutet. Ich hätte gesagt "I want to drive in black". Durch dem Anbieter bewusste Gebührersparnis ist man kein Schwarzfahrer

I assume interchange means the first section of the toll on the motorway/freeway. The company hires out chassis for transportation companies.

Best I can think of for the play on words.

Black market = illegal = schwarzmarkt = schwarzfahren

Is this passenger service or freight? Might not work so well for freight.

I'm sure this promo is, at least in part, an awareness campaign, so other puns that don't use "black" probably don't hit the mark.

blacklist

Irgendwas mit "put me on the blacklist" oder so, damit schwarz reinkommt, aber auch der Aspekt, dass irgendwas nicht erlaubt ist oder so normalerweise nicht passiert.

Ganz so passend wie schwarzfahren ist es natürlich nicht, aber mir fällt absolut nichts ein sonst.

You might consider not trying to force the "black" in here and instead focusing on the play of words between "Vergnuegungsfahrt / Schwarzfahrt" in the term "joyride".

siehe meine notes oben, "I want to dodge the fare" würde doch kein Nutzerkreis ohne das deutsche Original daneben zu haben verstehen, da im Englischen die Assoziation zur Farbe Schwarz nicht geknüpft werden kann.
