I don't think "multi-day" would be an ideal choice here - primarily for stylistic reasons. But are you just asking out of personal interest or is this for an actual translation? If so: what's the context etc.?

It strikes me that "multi-day" might also work (e.g. a "multi-day" trip). Using "several" really doesn't sound natural.
