I'm not sure what the term is in English, I don't think either of the first two answers is right. This term seems to describe a landscaped area (that may even have formerly been industrial) with walking trails, etc.

: No, the "Vendéopôles" are newly created industrial parks set up to attract companies to Vendée. They have a lot of grass, trees, bushes, etc. hence the "paysager" bit!
