Ted, Stückaktien sind Inhaberaktien. Man kann bearer shares ODER no-par shares sagen, das ist das Gleiche. Aktien sind entweder Inhaber-/Stückaktien oder Namensaktien oder vinkulierte Namensaktien. Bitte ändere dein "disagree", danke.

: Have to agree with Ted there, Monika. Stückaktien can be either bearer (Inhaberaktien) or registered (Namensaktien) shares; "bearer" is NOT a synonym for "no-par (value)". Ever.

Sorry, Robin, but Stückaktien SIND Inhaberaktien, Stückaktien sind KEINE Namensaktien. Im Deutschen sind Stückaktien und Inhaberaktien gleich, im Unterschied zu Namensaktien und vinkulierten Namensaktien.
