Top-down versus bottom-up

The point is that when the text gets to the end, it turns back on itself and all the negativity of the "top-down" reading is reversed. Thus, the rather negative phrase "translators are motivated by greed" becomes the more positive exhortation "let's beat greed" when read bottom-up, if you see what I mean.
It had me going too the first time I watched it.
PS: I also agree that the post is worth repeating, and even my non-translator friends are impressed and amused by it.
