I´ve got the information from the hotel, that they are getting our mails with reservation requests, but are not able to answer them right away (as stated on their homepage), because of heavy tourist traffic in September in Cracow.
They promised to process the requests ASAP.

May I suppose to wait until the end of next week? If you don´t get any answer by September 12, please either post here or contact me direct via my profile.
