We are testing DV and would like to get information on DV's support in Germany. Has anybody had a problem with DV and contacted DV for help? Is their support efficient?

Judy Ann Schön offers DVX training courses (mainly in German) somewhere out in the sticks in Bavaria (she suggests combining them with a holiday in a very scenic area). You could check it out at http://www.edv-und-seminare.de or write to her at [email protected].

There are active and helpful mailing lists on YahooGroups:

There is more traffic (and generally faster and more wide-ranging help) on the English group. Members of the Atril in-house staff participate in both lists. Atril has a very good support reputation (outstanding during the lifetime of the founder Emilio Benito; nowadays they are sometimes not so fast to spring into action, but they are still very good).
