Base pay is the largest component of the total compensation package for most employees. Wages/salaries represent the largest cost item for many organizations and failing to manage them effectively is a sure ticket to poor organizational performance. Base pay is the foundation for total compensation, since it establishes the standard of living for employees. It also serves as the primary indication of the value the organization places on the role an employee plays and on the contributions the employee makes. المرتب الأساسي هو الجزء الأكبر من إجمالي حزمة التعويض بالنسبة لغالبية الموظفين. وتعتبر المرتبات والأجور من اكبر بنود التكلفة بالنسبة للعديد من المنظمات بحيث تكون عدم القدرة على التحكم فيها بكفاءة بمثابة دليل واضح على ضعف الأداء في الشركة. و المرتب الأساسي أيضا هو أساس تعويض الموظفين عن أعمالهم لأنه يعتبر المقوم الذي تقوم عليه معيشتهم. ويعتبر أيضا المؤشر الابتدائي للقيمة التي تضعها الشركة على الدور الذي يلعبه الموظف وعلى الإسهامات التي يقدمها. لهذا السبب فإن هذا الموضوع يثير الكثير من الجدل وغالباً ما يعتبر مصدراً للنزاع بين الموظفين والمنظمة. |

تعرف الحضارة بأنها حصيلة من الذكريات التي تعبر عن نفسها في شكل نظم فكرية تكشف عن كنهها في كل مظاهر الحياة اليومية، وفي حصيلة المعارف المتوارثة التي تحدد الممنوع والمرغوب فيه قولاً وفعلاً، وفي كل شكل من أشكال الإبداع التي تفهمها الجماعة، وتكتشف فيها أبعاد إدراكهم للمحدود واللامحدود فيما وراء الفهم الحسي.
ويعد التراث الشعبي عملية طبيعية تنتمي كل الانتماء إلى العملية الحضارية، فهو لم يوضع وضعًا وإنما نشأ من خلال عملية معقدة، تتراكم فيها المعارف الحياتية والكونية, وهذه المعارف تظل تـْغربل وتـُنقي حتى تستقر في تشكيلات فنية ذات قيم عالية، وقيم جمالية شديدة الخصوصية.

Civilization can be defined as a collection of memories that express itself in form of intellectual systems and show its essence in our daily life. It is also identifiable in the set of inherited knowledge that specify prohibited and desired sayings and deeds, and in every type of creativity, intelligible to a certain community and in which such community can explore their understanding of infinite and finite beyond the sensible understanding.
Public heritage is a natural process that belongs to civilization. It wasn't made up but rather it came as a result of complicated process, in which the life and universal knowledge is accumulated. Such knowledge keeps refining and purifying until it is finally shaped in valuable artistic collections and mysterious aesthetic values.
