Born in Portugal to
a Brazilian family and having been educated in an International School, I grew
up speaking English and Portuguese natively. I spent most of my childhood between
Portugal and Brazil, and later started studying and travelling abroad while specializing
in translation and subtitling.

My studies include Languages and Literatures, Psychology,
Education and even Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. My broad interests were then
focused on my main area of expertise and university major, Translation and Subtitling,
with a minor on Education and International Development. I work from home, but
also have a keen interest in humanitarian work, having spent time volunteering in
India, Kosovo, Greece and Bangladesh, to name a few. Languages and cultures are
my world and bridging the communication gap between people is my true passion.
