maschinenraumlosen Aufzügen mit Passiv- oder
Niedrigenergiebauten, kann eine vernachlässigte Schachtlüftung
für das Aufzugswartungspersonal eine gesundheitsschädliche, ja
sogar lebensbedrohliche Situation herbeiführen. Arbeitet das
Wartungspersonal heutzutage noch im Wesentlichen in
Maschinenräumen oder in permanent belüfteten Schächten von
maschinenraumlosen Aufzügen in Gebäuden herkömmlicher
Energieeffizienz, so wird sich dies in den kommenden Jahren
drastisch und zum Vorteil des Energieverbrauches neuer Immobilien, stark verändern.
2.Die praktische Umsetzung der Belüftung des Aufzugsschachts ins
Gebäudeinnere scheint vor allem für Gebäude der Energieklasse A
(Passivbau) und B (Niedrigenergie) in Betracht gezogen zu werden.
Diese Gebäude werden größtmöglich luftdicht gebaut und müssen
aus hygienischen und gesundheitlichen Gründen eine angemessene
mechanische Belüftung haben. Die empfohlene einfache Öffnung
zwischen zwei identischen Volumen (Aufzugsschacht / Flur im
obersten Stockwerk) ist unverständlich und unbedingt zu
vermeiden, da sie mangels einer effizienten mechanischen
Belüftung, weder für den Benutzer noch für das Wartungspersonal
des Aufzuges eine angemessene und auf Zeit garantierte Belüftung
bringt.

En d’autres termes, suite à la conjonction de ces deux éléments (ascenseurs sans local de machine et constructions passives ou à basse énergie), négliger l’aération des gaines d’ascenseur peut entraîner, pour le personnel de maintenance, une situation dangereuse pour la santé, voire présenter un risque mortel. Si, de nos jours, les agents chargés de l’entretien travaillent encore principalement dans des locaux de machines ou dans des gaines d’ascenseurs sans local de machine mais constamment aérées car situées dans des bâtiments d’efficience énergétique traditionnelle, cela va changer de façon drastique dans les années à venir et au plus grand bénéfice en termes de consommation d’énergie pour le nouveau parc immobilier.
2. La mise en œuvre pratique de l’aération de la gaine d’ascenseur à l’intérieur du bâtiment semble être envisagée avant tout pour des constructions de performance énergétique de classe A (construction passive) et B (construction à basse énergie). Ces bâtiments sont conçus pour être les plus hermétiques possibles et doivent comporter, pour des raisons d’hygiène et des motifs sanitaires, une aération mécanique adéquate. La simple ouverture entre deux volumes identiques (gaine d’ascenseur / dégagement à l’étage le plus élevé) que l'on recommande est un non-sens, à éviter impérativement. En effet, à défaut d’une aération mécanique efficace, elle ne pourrait constituer, pour l’utilisateur comme pour le personnel de maintenance de l’ascenseur, une aération convenable et garantie dans le temps.

After having spent 15 years as a ER Key Account Manager in a 16000 people company with a US$ 8 billion turnover, I decided 2 years ago to start my own business. As a mother of 4 children, I do care for our future and decided to live minimizing my carbon footprint. This is why I am investing in a solar panel installation which will be operational end of October 2009 and will cover all my electrical needs (computer, printer, telephone included). I have a rain water storage tank used for the toilets, extra isolation under the roof and in the windows. I recycle paper, plastics, packaging and print only when absolutely needed on FSC paper. I buy biological or local food, preferably directly from the producers and use glass bottles for water and milk.
