Source text - Arabic وإمارة دبي يحكمها الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي، والذي يرأس الحكومة الاتحادية إلى جانب كونه حاكم دبي، وتدار الإمارة من خلال مجلس تنفيذي أسس بموجب القانون رقم (3) لسنة 2003 بشأن إنشاء مجلس تنفيذي لإمارة دبي، وحددت المادة (8) من القانون صلاحيات واختصاصات المجلس التنفيذي والتي نذكر منها:
1- يستهدف المجلس حفظ الأمن والنظام في الإمارة وتوفير المرافق العامة وتحقيق التقدم الاقتصادي والاجتماعي فيها.
2- وضع السياسة في مختلف المجالات وذلك تحت الرقابة العليا للحاكم والإشراف على تنفيذ تلك السياسة.
3- إنشاء وتنظيم الهيئات والإدارات والأجهزة الحكومية التي التي تلزم تسيير أمور إمارة دبي وتراقب سير العمل فيها.
4- اتخاذ ما ينبغي من تدابير لإنفاذ القوانين الاتحادية. ومنها إعداد القوانين والقرارات المحلية.
Translation - English The Emirate of Dubai is governed by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, who in addition to being the Ruler of Dubai heads the federal government, and the emirate is managed by an Executive Council established under Law No. 3 of 2003 establishing an Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, Article 8 of the Act defines the powers and powers of the Executive Council, including:
1. The Council is aimed at maintaining security and order in the Principality, providing public services and achieving economic and social progress.
2. Establishing the policy in various areas, under the high control of the Governor and overseeing its implementation.

Source text - Arabic لقد أدَّت دراسات النيازك إلى فهم الخطر الداهم الذي تمثله النيازك العملاقة على الأرض؛ ومن ثم شرعت حكومات الدول المتقدمة في تدشين شبكة من المراصد العملاقة في مواقع مختلفة من العالم، أطلق عليها حارس الفضاء Sky Keeper، لرصد وتسجيل حركات الأجسام التي تقترب مدارات دورانها من مدار الأرض. وفي نفس الوقت يفكر الباحثون في وسائل إبعادها عن مدار الأرض، بما في ذلك قصفها في مداراتها، وتفتيتها لتسقط على هيئة أجسام صغيرة قليلة الخطورة. ويفكر البعض في القيام بعملية القصف باستخدام قنابل يتم تطويرها خصِّيصًا لهذا الغرض، لكن يجابه مجرد التفكير في عملية القصف بالقنابل معارضة شديدة من قبل الباحثين؛ لما يشكله هذا العمل من خطورة على البيئة الفضائية من تلوث. ويطرح البعض أفكارًا متباينةً عن وسائل إبعاد الأجسام الخطرة عن مدار الأرض. ومن بين الأفكار المتداولة في هذا المجال، قيام صاروخ بإلقاء شراعٍ شمسي على الجسم المطلوب إبعاده.
Translation - English Meteorites studies had led to understanding the raid danger which meteorites represented to the earth, therefore the governments of the advanced countries were proceeded in inauguration a net of giant observatories in different locations of the world, and it called a ‘Sky Keeper, for monitoring and recording the objects moves which approaches from their rotation orbits to the orbits of the earth, and in the same time the researchers think of removal ways from the earth orbits, including brittle it in their orbits and fragmentation it for making it fall down as small objects with less riskiness. And somebody think of having a brittle process using bombs were developed especially for this objective, but just thinking of brittle process by using bombs had been refused strongly by the researchers, because this action may be causes a dangerousness of pollution to the space environment. And the other some prepends a different thoughts about ways of removing the danger objects from the earth orbits, and among reciprocal thoughts in those field is throwing a solar sail by a rocket towards the object to be banished.

Source text - English So, off we went. It was going to be a long day, about seven hours of walking, but the sun was shining, and I was excited. We were on a route called Brother O'Shea's Gully, named after the Christian Brother who fell to his death many years before." This involved crisscrossing a slope that was too steep to climb straight up, followed by a scramble to the summit after that. The early part of the slope was fine. We were in snow, not deep but slippery. It required us to dig our toes into the snow with every step. The gradient was not too bad, and as it was just a big slope, the height was not too scary. At least at first! As we progressed upwards, the slope started to get a lot steeper, becoming almost vertical at the top. I was the oldest in the group, so I was beginning to struggle with my big backpack, and the sudden awareness that if I slipped, I would be rolling several hundred metres to the bottom.
Translation - Arabic لذلك ذهبنا، كان يوماً طويلاً، استغرقنا حوالي سبع ساعات من السير ، لكن الشمس كانت مشرقة وقد كنت مستمتعاً. وبينما نسير إذا مررنا بشارعٍ يُطلق عليه وادي أوشيا، والذي قد سُمِّي بإسم الأخ المسيحي الذي وافته المنية قبل عدة سنوات. "وبينما نسير خطوةً تلو الأخرى فإذا علينا عبور منحدر شديد الانحدار ما كان لنا أن نتجاوزه لأعلى على نحوٍ مستقيم ، تلاه اندفاع للأعلى بعد ذلك، كان الجزء الأول من المنحدر على ما يرام. ورغم أن كان الطريق ثلجياً لكنه لم يكن عميقاً بل منزلقاً، تطلب ذلك منا أن نغمر أصابع أقدامنا في الثلج مع كل خطوةٍ نخطوها.
المنحدر لم يكن سيئاً للغاية كما لم يكن الميل عميق كما لم يكن الارتفاع مخيفاً، على الأقل في بدايته !!!!
ومع تصاعد خطواتنا للأعلى ، فقد بدأ الانحدار يزيدُ ميلاً حتى قارب أن يكون عمودياً لأعلى نحو القمة. و كنت الأكبر سناً في المجموعة ، لذا وبينما أصارع بحقيبة ظهري لترسخ خطواتي قدماً؛ إذ تنبهت فجأةً بأنني إذا ما انزلقت لسوف انحدر عدة مئات من الأمتار نحو القاع.
