Source text - Arabic تتلقى هواتفنا عددا لا يحصى من المكالمات الآلية المزعجة كل أسبوع، مما جعل البعض يصفها بـ"الوجه الأسود للتكنولوجيا."
قال موقع "سي نت" التقني إن هذه المكالمات الآلية غالبا ما تكون متعلقة بنشاط تجاري معين، مبرزا أن الحكومات وشركات الاتصالات تعمل جاهدة للقضاء عليها قدر الإمكان.
وأوضح المصدر أن وضع حد للمكالمات الهاتفية الآلية أمر لا يحدث بين عشية وضحاها، مشيرا إلى أن هناك خطوات مفيدة يمكن اتخاذها لحظرها بصفة شبه نهائية.
وفيما يلي أبرز النصائح المقدمة من طرف هيئة الاتصالات الفدرالية الأمريكية:
لا ترد على المكالمات الواردة من أرقام محظورة - لا ترد على مكالمات من أرقام لا تعرفها - لا تفترض أن المكالمة الواردة هي بالفعل من رقم محلي لمجرد أنها تبدو كذلك - لا ترد على أي أسئلة يمكن الإجابة عليها بـ "نعم" - إذا اتصل بك شخص ما وادعى أنه يعمل مع شركة XYZ، فقم بإنهاء المكالمة واتصل بالشركة بنفسك. استخدم موقع الشركة للعثور على رقم رسمي - إذا قمت بالرد على مكالمة وسمعت تسجيلا مثل "مرحبا، هل يمكنك سماعي؟" قم بإنهاء المكالمة.

Translation - English Our phones receive countless annoying automated calls every week, leading some to describe them as the "black face of technology."
The technical site "CNET" said that these automatic calls are often related to a specific commercial activity, highlighting that governments and telecommunications companies are working hard to eliminate them as much as possible.
The source explained that putting an end to automated phone calls is something that does not happen overnight, indicating that there are useful steps that can be taken to block them almost completely.
The following are the most prominent advice provided by the US Federal Communications Commission:
Do not answer incoming calls from blocked numbers - Do not answer calls from numbers you do not know - Do not assume that the incoming call is actually from a local number just because it appears to be the case - Do not answer any questions that can be answered with "Yes" - If someone calls you What he claims works for XYZ, hang up and call the company yourself. Use the company's website to find an official number - if I answer a call and hear a recording like "Hello, can you hear me?" Hang up.
The giant technology companies issued features to reduce these automated calls, as Google launched a feature to Call Screen for Pixel phones, which is able to detect and block automatic and unwanted calls for you.

Source text - English We've all seen those majestic anvil storm clouds that form on a hot summer's day, but what do you think is the temperature right at the very top?
It's very cold, obviously; at high altitude it is well below freezing.
But would you be surprised to learn it is sometimes below even -100C?
Indeed, scientists have just published research showing the top of one tropical storm cloud system in 2018 reached -111C. This is very likely a record low temperature.
It was seen on 29 December that year, just south of the equator in the western Pacific. The measurement was made by a passing American satellite, Noaa-20.
When a powerful upward draft reaches the top of the lower atmosphere, or troposphere, it will normally flatten and spread out to form that classic anvil shape.
But if the storm is very energetic, the upward movement of air can punch through the troposphere's ceiling, the tropopause, to keep on rising into the stratosphere, the next layer up in the atmosphere. In the 2018 event, the cloud top was at about 20.5km in altitude.

لكن إذا كانت الرياح قوية، تستطيع من خلال الحركة الصاعدة للهواء أن تخترق سقف التروبوسفير، التروبوبوز ، للاستمرار في الارتفاع الى الطبقة التالية الستراتوسفير،. في عام ٢٠١٨ كانت سحابة تبلغ ارتفاع قمتها ٢٠.٥ كيلومتر.
