1. 검액 : 검체 1.0 g 을 석영 또는 사기도가니에 넣고 느슨하게 뚜껑을 덮고 약하게 가열하여 탄화 식힌 후 질산 2 mL + 황산 5 방을을 넣고 흰 연기가 나지 않을 때까지 조심하여 가열 500 - 600 °C 르 강열 하여 회화
잔류을을 염산 3 방울로 적시고 열탕 10 mL 를 넣어 2 분간 가은 페놀프탈레인시액 1 방을을 넣고 암모니아시액을 액이 열은 적색이 될 때까지 한방을씩 적가 묽은 아세트산 2 mL를 넣어 필요하면 여과하고 물 10 mL 로 씻는다. 여액과 씻은 액을 네슬러관에 넣고 물을 넣어 50 mL 로 한다.
2. 비교액 : 질산 2 mL + 황산 5 방을 + 염산 2 mL 잔류물을 염산 3 방울로 적시고 검액의 조제법과 같은 방법으로 조작 납표준액 2.0 mL 및 을을 넣어 50 mL 로 한다.
3. 검액 및 비교액에 황화나트를시액 1 방을씩을 넣어 섞고 5 분간 방치 2 개의 관을 흰색의 배경을 써서 네슬러관의 위 또는 옆에서 관찰하여 액의 색을 비교 검액이 나타내는 색은 비교액이 나타내는 색보다 진하지 않다. — 진하지 않음.
Translation - English 2) Heavy metals: Heavy metals test method no.2
1 Test solution: Place an amount of the sample in a quartz or porcelain crucible, cover loosely
with a lid and carbonize by gentle ignition. After cooling, add 2mL of nitric acid and 5 drops of
sulfuric acid, heat cautiously until white fumes are no longer evolved, and incinerate by ignition
between 500° C and 600° C. After cooling, add 2mL of hydrochloric acid, evaporate to dryness
on a water bath, moisten the residue with 3 drops of hydrochloric acid, add 10mL of hot water
and warm for 2 minutes. Then add 1 drop of phenolphthalein solution and add ammonia
dropwise until the solution becomes pale red. Add 2mL of a dilute acetic acid, filter if necessary
and wash with 10mL of water. Transfer the filtrate and washings to a Nessler tube and add
water to make 50mL.
2 Control solution: 2 mL of nitric acid + 5 drops of sulfuric acid + 2 mL of hydrochloric acid.
Evaporate the mixture on a water bath. Again, further evaporate to dryness on a sand bath.
Moisten the residue with 3 drops of hydrochloric acid.
3 Add 1 drop of the sodium sulfide test solution to each of the test solution and the control
solution. Mix thoroughly and let it still for 5 minutes. Compare the colours by viewing the tubes
downward or against a white background. The test solution has no more colour than the control
solution.
