Source text - English Main Contractor within his contract has to provide roof smoke hatches
(dampers) over elevator shafts ( according Fire Report dated 23.10.2009).
Delivery and cabling of control cabinets is the scope of EL contractor.
8. All doors, windows and smoke hatches which are used for fire safety (smoke
exhaust, overpressure compensation etc.) has to be delivered by Main
Contractor equipped with servo motors. Motor’s connection to power supply
and other systems, delivery and cabling of control cabinets is the scope of EL
contractor. Exact type of servo has to be coordinated within contractors on
execution design process.
9. Fire sealing of Mechanical and Electrical penetrations is included in scope of
Contractors (respectively). Scope to be excluded from Main Contractor offer.
Within the Main Contractor offer should remain fire and acoustical sealing of
the openings in the main shafts (mechanical and electrical).
Translation - Polish - Generalny Wykonawca w ramach kontraktu musi zapewnić klapy dymowe na dachu (klapy) nad szybami wind (według operatu p.poz. z dnia 23.10.2009). Dostawa i okablowanie szaf sterowniczych pozostaje w zakresie Wykonawcy Instalacji Elektrycznych.
8. Wszystkie drzwi, okna i klapy dymowe, które są wykorzystywane do ochrony przeciwpożarowej (oddymianie, kompensacja nadciśnienia itp) musza być dostarczone przez Generalnego Wykonawce i wyposazone w silowniki. Przyłączenie silnikow do zasilania i innych systemów, dostawa i okablowanie szaf sterowniczych pozostaje w zakresie Wykonawcy Instalacji Elektrycznych. Dokładny typ silownikow musi być uzgodniony pomiedzy Wykonawcami w procesie przygotowania projektu wykonawczego.
9. Uszczelnienie p.poz. przepustow mechaniczny i elektrycznych pozostaje w zakresie Wykonawcow (odpowiednio). Zakres ten ma zostać wyłączony z zakresu oferty Generalnego Wykonawcy. W ofercie Generalego Wykonawcy powinno znajdowac sie ogniowe i akustyczne uszczelnienie otworów głównych szybów (mechanicznych i elektrycznych).
