2- ما هي المعيقات والتحديات ( الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، الثقافية " العادات والتقاليد"، القانونية) التي تقف حائلا في وجه المشاركة العامة والسياسية لفئة النساء؟

Diethyl ether finds various uses as a solvent, anesthesia, and fuel. Currently diethyl ether is produced as a byproduct of the dehydration of ethanol to make ethylene using sulfuric acid, as described in U.S. Patent Nos. ……, ……. and …….. Typically diethyl ether is favored in the dehydration at lower reaction temperatures, but a mixture of ethylene and diethyl ether is still present. Other processes, such as those described in U.S. Patent No………… , have sought to increase selectivity in the dehydrating reaction of ethanol towards ethylene by using a zeolite at elevated temperatures.
Further, ethanol is conventionally produced from feedstocks where price fluctuations are becoming more significant. That is, fluctuating natural gas and crude oil prices contribute to fluctuations in the cost of conventionally produced petroleum, natural gas or corn or, other agricultural product-sourced ethanol, thus creating the need for reactants other than ethanol. Therefore, the need exists for a method for directly producing diethyl ether and for producing diethyl ether on a commercial scale from a non-alcohol source.

تَبَيَّنَ إن للأثير الثنائي الإيثيل استخدامات مختلفة ومتنوعة كمذيب وتخدير ووقود. وفي الوقت الراهن، يتم إنتاج الأثير الثنائي الإيثيل كمنتج ثانوي من تَجْفِيف الإيثانول لصنع الإيثيلين باستخدام حامض الكبريتيك، ذلك كما تم الوصف في براءات الاختراع الأمريكية أرقام ……، ……و ……... ويفضل ويميل استخدام الأثير الثنائي الإيثيل في عملية التَجْفِيف عند درجات حرارة ذات أدنى تفاعل، ولكن بوجود مزيج من الإيثيلين والأثير الثنائي الإيثيل . لقد تم البحث عن عمليات أخرى، مثل تلك العمليات الموضحة في البراءة الأمريكية رقم ......، لزيادة الانتقائية في التفاعل المجفف من الايثانول إلى إيثيلين من خلال استخدام الزيوليت في درجات حرارة مرتفعة.
علاوة على ذلك، يُنتج الإيثانول تقليدياً من المواد الأولية (الخام) حيث أصبحت تقلبات الأسعار أكثر ملحوظة من ذي قبل. ويعني ذلك، إن تقلب أسعار الغار الطبيعي والنفط الخام يسهم في تقلبات كلفة البترول أو الغاز الطبيعي أو الذرة المنتجة تقليدياً أو غيرها من الايثانول ذات مصدر مشتق من منتج زراعي، وبالتالي تخلق الحاجة لمواد متفاعلة بخلاف الايثانول.
لذلك، هنالك حاجة إلى طريقة لإنتاج الأثير الثنائي الإيثيل بشكل مباشر وإنتاج والأثير الثنائي الإيثيل على نطاق تجاري من مصدر غير كحولي.
