Dear Mr. Patrick,
It is a good idea to make localization.But most of the languages havn't become so popular with Internet other than English.The reasons may be many including non standardization of fonts and the non- availability of the same.Further those who use net obvioulsy know ENGLISH . This is so atleast to TAMIL users. But this may change in the long run and by that time if proz.com has an established Tamil site, it will give an edge over others. In that sense it is worth trying... See more
