... backed-up by a strong linguistic base through youth and student education is all I've ever needed. Working for agencies during my entire career also helped me to rather easily adapt to all upcoming technologies. They are basically handed to you or you are at least made aware of them in an early stage. As far as specializations are concerned: I see no need for expensive education programs if the internet combined with common sense and a critical mind gives me everything I need.
