결국 위험과 이상반응에 대한 제대로 된 정보를 제공하는 것이 이런 피드백의 관건이겠죠. 나쁜 피드백은 없느니만 못할 수 있습니다. 즉각적이지 않고 정보 가치가 없는 피드백은 혼란만 가중시키거나, 심지어 인간을, 사용자를 더 위험하게 만들 수 있어요.
