Company Salary Structure
For all grades, the salary structure shows the minimum, median and maximum basic salary of each job grade embedding narrow to broad range classifying it by nationals & non-nationals.
1. Each grade has 7 levels whereas the baseline for each grade will be 100%. As a basic guiding principle, a candidate or employee will be placed in Level 1 of each grade falling in minimum range. However, a higher salary scale level will be offered based on profile of the candidate/employee after the job evaluation and keeping in view the best interest of the organization.
2. None of the employee will have a basic salary amount other than the one mentioned in any of the company salary scale levels & parameters. All previously existing variances will be fixed in due course after completion of job evaluation process.
3. All salary scale levels will become a basis for performance management process.

بالنسبة لجميع الدرجات ، يُظهر هيكل المرتب الحد الأدنى والمتوسط والحد الأقصى للراتب الأساسي لكل درجة وظيفية مع تضمين ضيق إلى نطاق واسع يصنفها حسب المواطنين وغير المواطنين.
