1- The cassation shall be dismissed when the notice that states its causes does not hold the signature of the one who issued it, since signature is indispensible as it is the only instrument attesting that the causes belong to the issuer.

1. يتم رفض النقض إذا كان الإخطار الذي ينص على اسبابه لا يحمل توقيع من أصدره, لأن التوقيع لا غنى عنه كونه الوسيلة الوحيده التي تثبت أن تلك الأسباب تخص المصدًر
2. لا يتم إلغاء أو إبطال أو المساس بأي عقد أو إجراء قانوني أو أية معاملة بين الشركة وأية هيئة اخرى أو أي شخص آخر طبيعي أو اعتباري بسبب كون واحد أو عدد من مديري أو موظفي المؤسسة عضو أو صاحب أسهم أو مدير أو موظف للغير أو بسبب كون عدد من مديري أو موظفي المؤسسة اعضاء أو اصحاب أسهم أو مديرين أو موظفين للغير أو بسبب أن لديه أو لديهم مصالح لدى الغير.

1. الغرض من الوثيقة
تُقدم وثيقة نطاق العمل أهداف المشروع ومجاله وخطته الرئيسية وعوامل نجاحه، وعادة ما تُشكل جانبا خصبا للمفاوضات والنقاش والتعديل من قِبَل جميع الجهات والأشخاص المعنيين بالمشروع.
تعتبر النسخة الموقعة من هذه الوثيقة هي الأساس المرجعي (baseline) للمشروع وتُعَد مدخلا للمفاوضات التعاقدية بين مركز المعلومات الوطني والمقاول، كما تشكل هذه الوثيقة الأساس لمرحلة تخطيط المشروع، ويجب ان يتم تحديث الوثيقة في حال وجود تغييرات على المشروع خلال مراحل المشروع (التنفيذ او التشغيل) وذلك لرصد اي تغييرات يتم إجراؤها على أصل الأساس المرجعي (baseline).
يرجى ملاحظة أنه أينما ذكر كلمة " المركز" في هذه الوثيقة فالمقصود بها مركز المعلومات الوطني.

.Vision
The vision of the National Information Center for such project is to provide beneficiaries of the passenger registration system with continuous operation and maintenance and necessary improvements.
2.3. Mission
The project mission is to ensure continuity of maintenance for all services provided by the current passenger registration system.
3.3. Objectives
The project shall aim to:
• Continue operation and maintenance for all services provided by the current passenger registration system.
• Provide the system with the necessary improvements agreed upon in the scope of work
• Supply equipment and licenses of programs required to operate system services
4. Baseline Start Date and Duration

The baseline stat date shall be 1-May-2017
2.4.Main Duration
Main duration shall represent the complete duration that includes Execution Phase and Operation and Maintenance Phase
1.2.4. Operation and Maintenance Phase
Operation and Maintenance Phase shall be 60 months as of baseline start date.
3.4. Contract Duration
Contract duration shall be 60 months as of baseline start date
