The bidder must meet the following requirements:
1- To be a Kuwaiti merchant, an individual or a company registered under the commercial register provided that such registeration shall be valid during the date of the tender launched by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kuwait. The bidder may be a foreign body provided that having a Kuwaiti partner or merchant agent under registered official contract according to the applicable laws in Kuwait.
2- Not to be a member of the Central Tenders Committee nor an official of the government agency apply for the tender.
3 - The bidder shall mention its Kuwaiti address and all correspondences, notices and judicial announcements send to such address shall be deemed have been delivered and it shall give notice in writing to Fire Service Directorate of any changes to its address or to the address of its representative whether or not change happens before or after awarding. Should this notice has not been given all correspondences send to the old address shall be deemed have been delivered as a sound legal declaration. يشترط فيمن يتقدم بعطاء في هذه المناقصة: -
1 -أن يكون كويتيا تاجرا فردا كان أم شركه ومقيدا في السجل تجارى ومسجلا تسجيلا معاصرا لتاريخ طرح المناقصة الماثلة لدى غرفـة تجارة وصناعة الكويت ويجوز أن يكون أجنبيا بشرط أن يكون له شريك أو وكيل كويتي تاجر بعقد رسمي موثق طبقا للأنظمة المعمول بها في الكويت.
2 -ألا يكون عضوا في لجنة المناقصات المركزية ولا موظفا في الجهة الحكومية طالبة المناقصة.
3 – يجب علي مقدم العطاء أن يبين عنوانه بالكويت وتعتبر جميع المكاتبات والإخطارات والإعلانات القضائية التي ترسل إليه في هذا العنوان بمثابة الإعلان الصحيح كما يجب عليـــه أن يخطر الإدارة العامة للإطفاء كتابة بكل تغيير يحصل بصدد عنوانه أو عنوان ممثلــه سواء حصل التغيير قبل أو بعد رسو العطاء ما لم يتم هذا الإخطار تعتبر جميع المراسلات التي ترسل إليه على العنوان القديم صحيحة ونافذة وبمثابة إعلان قانوني سليم ويجب أن تكون جميع المكاتبات باللغة العربيـة.
