○ As mentioned above, the same radiopharmaceutical GMP regulations and review standards for clinical trials apply for exploratory IND studies as well. Thus, all organizations that synthesize and manufacture 3H-Tritium and/or 14C-carbon labeled radiopharmaceuticals are being required to upgrade their synthesis laboratories or manufactories to be GMP compliant and obtain a "Certificate of GMP Compliance of a Manufacturer” from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.

Source text - Korean 흉골의 수술적 고정술은 과거에 거의 주목을 받지 못했는데, 이것은 흉골골절의 발생빈도가 낮을 뿐만 아니라 흉골골절 중에서 수술적 교정의 대상이 될 수 있는 골절편 의 전위나 전흉벽의 동요흉을 동반한 경우가 매우 적기 때문으로 생각된다. 뿐만 아니라 본 연구에서 보면 수술적 교정이 필요한 심한 흉골골절의 절반 이상이 다른 부위의 골절이나 동반손상 없이 단독으로 발생하였고 흉강내 장기손상도 심혈관계 손상이 아닌 혈흉, 기흉 등의 폐 혹은 흉막의 손상이었다.
Translation - English Surgical fixation of the sternum was an area of relatively low interest in the past, not only because of the low occurrence rate of sternal fractures but also because of the rarity of sternal fractures requiring surgical correction- e.g. sternal fractures accompanied by the displacement of fragments or flail chest. Moreover, in this study, more than half of the severe sternal fractures requiring surgical correction occurred without fractures in other areas or accompanying injuries. Damage to organs within the pleural cavity occurred in the lungs or the pleura, in the forms of hemothorax or pneumothorax, rather than in the cardiovascular system.
