The symptoms or signs of an overdose correspond to the adverse effects. They emerge very quickly and to a larger extent where appropriate.
Symptoms or signs of an overdose are:
rapid heartbeat, heart palpitations, irregular and/or accelerated heartbeat, restlessness, sleep disorders, chest pain and severe tremor, in particular of the hands, but also on the entire body. Psychotic reactions have been observed occasionally after excessive хххххххх doses.
Gastrointestinal disorders, including nausea and blood acidification (lactic acidosis/ metabolic acidosis) have been observed as well.
An overdose of ххххххх may lead to an enhanced displacement of potassium into the intracellular space with the consequence of a hypokalaemia (decrease in potassium level in the blood) and hyperglycaemia (high blood sugar level), hyperlipidaemia (increase in the levels of serum lipids) and hyperketonemia (increased concentration of ketone bodies in the blood).
Should you observe such effects, seek medical assistance immediately.

Симптоми та ознаки передозування:
Пришвидшене серцебиття, уривчасте серцебиття, нерегулярне та/або пришвидшене серцебиття, гіперактивність, розлади сну, біль у грудях та сильний тремор, особливо рук, а також по всьому тілу. Подекуди спостерігалися психотичні розлади після прийому надмірних доз ххххххх.
Також спостерігалися розлади шлунково-кишкового тракту, зокрема нудота та підвищена кислотність крові (лактатацидоз/ метаболічний ацидоз).
Передозування ххххххх може призвести до підвищеного переміщення калію до міжклітинного простору і, як наслідок, до гіпокаліємії (зниження рівня калію в крові), гіперглікемії (високий рівень цукру в крові), гіперліпідемії (підвищення рівня ліпідів в сироватці крові) та гіперкетонемії (підвищена концентрація кетонових тіл в крові).

1.1. Сторона не несет ответственности в случае неисполнения или ненадлежащего исполнения своих обязательств по данному Договору вследствие наступления обязательств непреодолимой силы: пожар, наводнение, землетрясение или другие стихийные бедствия, война, военные действия любого вида, террористические акты, забастовки, блокады, эмбарго, невозможность оказания услуг Исполнителем лично, а также любые иные обстоятельства, которые находятся вне контроля Стороны, в частности, задержки платежей по вине расчетных учреждений, принятие соответствующими органами законодательной или исполнительной власти законов и подзаконных актов, которые запрещают или ограничивают любое действие, предусмотренное данным Договором; причем наступление обстоятельств непреодолимой силы должно иметь место после заключения соответствующего соглашения и непосредственно повлиять на его выполнение Стороной.
1.2. Наступление обстоятельств непреодолимой силы смещает срок исполнения обязательств по данному Договору Стороной, которая пребывала под воздействием обстоятельств непреодолимой силы, на промежуток времени, который равняется сроку действия обстоятельств непреодолимой силы.

1.1. The Party is exempt from the responsibility for non-fulfilment or improper fulfilment of conditions of this Agreement if such default is consequence of the force majeure: fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, war, military activities of any kind, terrorist attacks, strikes, blockades, embargo, inability to provide the services in person, as well as any other circumstances beyond control of the Party, in particular those related to payment delays due to the fault of payment institutions, any laws or regulations passed by the responsible legislative or executive bodies prohibiting or restricting any activity under this Agreement. Nevertheless, the circumstances of insuperable power shall take place upon the conclusion of the agreement and shall directly influence its fulfilment by the Party.
1.2. Force-majeure circumstances shall suspend the due date for fulfilling the obligations under this Agreement by the Party who was influenced by the circumstances of insuperable force for the period equal to the period of duration of the force-majeure circumstances.

Obesity is a chronic disease associated with excessive accumulation of fatty tissue leading to deteriorated quality of life, disability and increased risk of premature death. This progressing disease is characterized by complex and multifactorial aetiology. Obesity progress is influenced by hereditary and environmental factors, including poor eating habits, decreased physical activity, stress and other factors, including hormonal disorders or administration of certain drugs. Simple (or primary) obesity is caused by excessive food supply comparing to energy expenditure. Obesity and associated MCC (Multiple Chronic Conditions) represent one of the most significant issues of concern for public health of the modern world.
Overweight and obesity are ranked at the fifth place among the risk factors responsible for the greatest number of deaths in the world. According to the estimations, number of overweight people amounts to ca. 1.7 billion throughout the world, including app. 400 million of obese people. According to data provided by the Central Statistical Office, excessive body weight is diagnosed in 63% of males and 46% of females in Poland. Obesity is present in 17.3% of males and 15% of females. Morbid obesity occurs in 1% of population i.e. app. 300 000 of the affected in the country. Share of people with morbid obesity in urban population may reach even 3%. According to the findings of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva in 1007, obesity is diagnosed on the basis of BMI – body mass index when its value exceeds 30. Obesity III° - so called morbid obesity diagnosed for BMI ≥ 40 kg/m2 poses a particular risk to health.

Прогрессирование ожирения зависит от наследственных и экологических факторов, в том числе плохого питания, сниженной физической активности, стресса, а также других факторов, включая нарушения гормонального баланса или прием некоторых медицинских препаратов. Простое (или первичное) ожирение обусловлено чрезмерным потреблением пищи по сравнению с энергетическими затратами организма. Ожирение и связанные с ним MХЗ (Множественные хронические заболевания) представляют один из наиболее значительных проблемных вопросов в области общественного здравоохранения в современном мире.
Избыточный вес и ожирение занимают пятое место среди факторов риска, ответственных за наибольшее количество смертей в мире. По оценкам, количество людей с избыточным весом составляет около 1,7 миллиарда во всем мире, включая около 400 миллионов людей, страдающих ожирением. По данным Центрального Статистического Управления, в Польше излишний вес диагностируют у 63% мужчин и 46% женщин. Ожирением страдают 17,3% мужчин и 15% женщин. Морбидным ожирением страдает 1% населения, т.е. этому заболеванию подвержены около 300 000 жителей страны. Среди городского населения доля страдающих ожирением может достигать даже 3%.
