شعبان الشامي.. قاضي تخصص إعدام
قاض مصري بدأ حياته المهنية وكيلا للنيابة، ثم ما لبث أن كلف بالإشراف على قضايا كبرى. نال شهرة واسعة
بعد إصدارة أحكاما بإعدام المئات من معارضي الانقلاب، من بينهم الرئيس المعزول محمد مرسي.
الدراسة والتكوين
تخرج شعبان الشامي من كلية الحقوق بعين شمس عام 1975.
التجربة القضائية
عُين بالنيابة العامة سنة 1976. وقد أثار اختياره للتحقيق والحكم في قضايا رأي عام وطني شغلت بال المصريين حكومة وشعبا، علامات استفهام كثيرة.
فبعد تعيينه بسنة واحدة، كلف بمتابعة قضية ثورة "الجياع " التي عرفت بثورة الحرامية، والتي اندلعت في يناير/كانون الثاني 1977 احتجاجا على رفع الحكومة أسعار السلع الأساسية، وسقط على إثرها عشرات القتلى والجرحى بعد تدخل الجيش.
كما تولى التحقيق في قضايا مماثلة عام 1981 منها تفجير كنيسة مسرة بمنطقة شبرا، وقضية الفتنة الطائفية بمركز سنورس في الفيوم | Translation - English
CHAABAN AL-SHAMI...AN EXECUTION DESIGNED APPRAISER
As an Egyptian judge who started his career as a prosecutor, He soon became in charge of more complex legal cases.
His ordering of the execution of hundreds of those who opposed the coup d'état, including former president Mohamed Morsi made him well-known.

C. Eshami graduated from the university of law at Ain Chams in 1975
- Judiciary experience:
In 1976, many questions were raised as he was appointed by the public prosecution services to investigate and pass judgements on public opinion dilemmas that anguished the community.
Such is the case of the "hunger" revolution, to whom it was assigned a year later, also known as the revolution of thieves " Haramiya", with a remonstration that bursted in January 1977 against the government for increasing costs on essential commodities, and resulted in tens of dead and injured protesters.
C. Eshami also took similar cases in 1981 including the church bombing in Chebra, and the communalism turmoil in Sanawress Al Fayum.
