Translation - English Power of Attorney for Trademark Registration in Iran
I, the undersigned, Abdul Rahman Seif Al Ghurair in my capacity as the Manager of Masafi Mineral Water Co. LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Principal"), hereby appoint Dr. Ali Leqa'ee, lawyer, Ali Reda Leqa'ee, and the office of Dr. Ali Leqa'ee and Associates Inc. International, lawyers, domiciled at No. 27, Binayat Kimia, Shahid Atefi St. (West), Gadet Africa, Tehran, Iran, to jointly and severally act on behalf of and represent the Principal in the registration of the Principal's trademark "Masafi Mineral Water Co." in Iran. - Pay the trademark registration fees before the Iranian competent authorities, civil and criminal courts of justice, courts of first instance and appeal and Supreme Court and execute the judgments.
The attorneys are entitled, subject to the Principal's written approval, to reach an amicable settlement, conciliate, refer the disputes to the experts and arbitrators and abate the actions relevant to the powers delegated thereto. The attorneys may apply for any copy of the certificate(s) of the trademark(s) and restrictedly delegate third party in all or some of the foregoing.

Source text - English Explanatory Note for Item (2) of the Extraordinary General Meeting Agenda
The management of the Fund decided on [] to submit the recommendation to the Extraordinary General Assembly to get its approval for splitting the nominal value of the units from OMR 1,000 to OMR 1. This note includes a detailed explanation of the consequences of this decision, so each unit holder shall read it and understand its contents.
The Intent of Units Splitting:
The Fund divided the existing units into a number of units by reducing the nominal value of each share and increasing the number of units without affecting the paid value of the Fund's capital, the total nominal value or the total market value of the total units held by the unit holder in the Fund, even if the number of units they hold will increase as a result of this division.
Splitting Reasons:
The management of the Fund examined and studied this proposal before presenting it to the Extraordinary General Assembly, and considers that splitting of units would achieve the following objectives:
1- Facilitating investment for existing and new investors.
2- Easing the preparation and reading of financial reports.
Splitting Consequences:
The decision to split the units will not affect the value of your own units or the amount of your liabilities at the company, but the only direct impact is to increase the number of your own units. It is not expected that the splitting will have any impact on the total market value of the number of your own units. In fact, the splitting is only just a division of the unit’s market value.

أسباب التجزئة:
لقد قام إدارة الصندوق ببحث ودراسة هذا المقترح قبل عرضه على الجمعية العامة غير العادية، ويرى بأن تجزئة الوحدات من شأنه أن يحقق الأهداف التالية:
1- تسهيل الإستثمار على المستثمرين الحاليين والجدد؛ و
2 – تسهيل إعداد وقراءة التقارير المالية.
الآثار المترتبة على التجزئة:
إن قرار تجزئة الوحدات لن تؤثر في قيمة ما تملكه من وحدات ولا في حجك التزامك في الشركة، الا أن الأثر الوحيد المباشر هو زيادة عدد الوحدات الي تملكها. ولا يتوقع للتجزئة أي أثر في القيمة السوقية الإجمالية لعدد الوحدات التي تملكها، وفي حقيقة الأمر، فإن تجزئة الوحدات ما هي إلا تجزئة للقيمة السوقية للوحدة بنفس النسبة.
