Padma Bridge, the first multi billion dollar mega project constructed by self-funding, will connect the country's south and southwestern Bangladesh to Dhaka and the rest of the country.For the people of the southern region, the opening of the bridge is an emotional moment as they have faced immense hassle while crossing the Padma river via launch or ferries.
