Translation - English The Sabha irrigation channel supplies water to Suwar, where people benefit from the water in agriculture and domestic use. The water level in Suwar has dropped due to lack of water coming from Sabha. People install water pumping engines on the irrigation channel to draw water illegally. These encroachments impede the access of water to Suwar and its neighboring villages; they deprived large numbers of people of water and caused some water stations to run on irrigation water.
The XX Council and the forces of XX collaborated to remove and confiscate the illegal water pumping engines and pipes, on Tuesday (Aug 3). The water level increased after removing the encroachments, and people could access clean water.

Source text - Arabic هجرة العديد من الاشخاص من مناطق مختلفة من سوريا كالرقة ودير الزور الى تركيا رغبة بالخروج الى الدول الاوربية وهذا الشي نشط خلال هذه الفترة اذا نسمع بين يوم وليلة خروج العديد من الاشخاص الذين نعرفهم او نسمع عنهم وقد نشطت هذه الهجرة خلال هذه الاشهر بشكل كبير وخصوصا الفئات العمرية من الشبان الذين تجاوزوا ال 18 سنه وقد كنت في احدى الزيارات والتقيت بمجموعة من النساء الذين ذكروا انتشار هذه الظاهرة مؤخرا وتحدثوا ان اشخاص كثر هاجروا وان تكلفة من يريد الهجرة تراوحت بين 1000 الى 1500 دولار بطريق التهريب للدخول الى الاراضي التركية ومن ثم العبور الى اوربا احدى السيدات ذكرت ان هناك شباب يأتون من مناطق الشامية التي يسيطر عليها النظام ويقومون بالعبور الى تركيا وسألتها ما سبب هذه الهجرة فتقول حسب ما نسمع انه بمناطق النظام يقومون بتجنيد هؤلاء الشباب وارسالهم الى الخطوط الامامية للقتال وخصوصا بعد مشاكل درعا الاخيرة مما دفع العديد من الشباب لترك قراهم وبلداتهم والهجرة الى خارج سوريا اضافة الى اسباب عديدة تضاف الى هجرة من هم بمناطق الادارة منها التجنيد الاجباري و قلة فرص العمل بالمنطقة والرغبة بالحصول على دخل ومردود افضل من البقاء بسوريا التي تشهد حالة من تدهور الوضع الاقتصادي وعدم مناسبة الاجور للمتطلبات اليومية وكذلك عدم وجود اهتمام بالتعليم وخصوصا لمن خسر العديد من سنوات دراسته نتيجة الاوضاع وعدم وجود مدارس ومراحل تعليمية متكاملة وشاملة وعدم توفر خدمات كاملة مما سبب حالة من الضغوطات النفسية لدى الشباب
Translation - English People have become accustomed to hearing that one of their friends or acquaintances has left the country overnight. The recent months have witnessed an increased migration movement. Many people from different regions in Syria - such as Raqqa and Deir ez-Zour - cross to Turkey, with the intention of reaching Europe. Most of them are young men over the age of 18. A group of ladies pointed the spread of this phenomenon to the field team during one of the visits. They mentioned that the cost of crossing to Europe via Turkey ranges between 1000 to 1500 USD. One of the ladies said that young men come from the regime-controlled areas (known as Shamiyeh) and cross to Turkey. She explained that these young men migrate due to many reasons: “The main reason is the forced conscription in SANES areas; and the recruitment of young men in the regime areas, where new recruits are sent to battle on the frontlines; especially following the recent problem in Daraa. The complete lack of services stresses young people. There is a desire to earn a good living, but job opportunities are lacking. Syria is witnessing a deteriorating economic situation and wages fail to meet the daily requirements.” She added: “Many people have lost years of study as a result of the situation. Education is neglected. Schools are absent, and the education system doesn’t support all study stages.”
