Source text - Spanish Para activar el funcionamiento manual se debe girar la llave situada en el armario eléctrico.
En este funcionamiento se desactivan las puertas de seguridad y el brazo colocador.
Con el brazo colocador desactivado es el operario el encargado de colocar los sacos en la boquilla. Una vez colocado el saco es muy importante que el operario se retire para evitar el peligro del funcionamiento automático de la máquina mientras se llena el saco, se suelda (si la soldadura está activada) y se deja caer en la cinta. Una vez caído el saco y con la máquina en su posición inicial, el operario puede proceder a colocar otro saco.

V tato funkci vypne bezpečnostní dveře a umisťovací rameno.
S vypnutým umisťovacím ramenem je operátor zodpovědný za umístění pytlů do trysky. Important! Make sure the machine is switched off before working on the electrical
connections.
The instrument is equipped with:
• Removable screw terminals: for connecting electric cables of 2.5 mm2 maximum cross
section (one wire per terminal in the case of power connections): for the capacity of the terminals,
see the label on the instrument. The relay outputs are voltage free: they are indicated on the
board with the letters COM for Common, NO for Normally Open and NC for Normally Closed
contact. When current exceeds 8A on relay outputs, 2 x 2.5mm2 cables (2 fastons) must be run out
for each individual contact to ensure the temperature of the cables does not exceed 85°C.
• Fastons: double row of fastons in series.
Do not exceed the maximum permitted current; for higher loads, use a contactor with sufficient
power capacity.
Make sure that power supply is of the correct voltage for the instrument.
Probes have no connection polarity and can be extended using a normal bipolar cable (note that the
extension of the probes influences the instrument's electromagnetic compatibility (EMC): take great
care with the wiring). Probe cables, power supply cables and the TTL serial cables should be routed
separately from power cables.

Důležité! Ujistěte se, že přístroj je vypnut dříve než budete pracovat s elektrickým zapojením.
Přístroj je vybaven:
• Odnímatelné šroubovací svorky: pro připojení elektrických kabelů o 2,5 mm2 maximálního příčného průřez (jeden drát na terminál v případě elektrické přípojky): pro kapacitu terminálů, viz štítek na přístroji. Reléové výstupy jsou bez napětí: jsou uvedeny na tabuli s písmeny COM pro Common (běžné), NO pro Normally Open (normálně otevřené) a NC pro Normally Closed (normálně zavřené). Když proud překročí 8A na reléových výstupech, 2 x 2,5 mm 2 kabely (2 fastony) musí propouštět každý samostatný kontakt, aby bylo zajištěno, že teplota kabelů nepřesáhne 85 ° C.
• Fastony: dvojitá řada fastonů v sérii.
Nepřekračujte nejvyšší přípustné proudy; pro vyšší zatížení použijte stykače s dostatečnou energetickou kapacitu.

Source text - English 3. TRANSFER OF SHARES
3.1. Subject to any limitations in the memorandum, registered shares in the Company may be transferred by a
written instrument of transfer signed by the transferor and containing the name and address of the transferee, but
in the absence of such written instrument of transfer the directors may accept such evidence of a transfer of
shares as they consider appropriate.
3.2. The Company shall not be required to treat a transferee of a registered share in the Company as a member
until the transferor's name has been entered in the share register.
3.3. Subject to any limitations in the Memorandum, the Company must on the application of the transferor or
transferee of a registered share in the Company, enter the transferors' name in the share register save that the
registration of transfers may be suspended and the share register closed at such times and for such periods as
the may be determined from time to time by resolution of directors, provided always that such registration shall
not be suspended and the share register closed for more that 60 days in any period of 12 months.
4. TRANSMISSION OF SHARES
4.1. The executor or administrator of a deceased member, the guardian of an incompetent member or the trustee
of a bankrupt member shall be the only persons recognised by the Company as having any title to his share but
they shall not be entitled to exercise any rights as a member of the Company until they have proceeded as set
forth in the next two articles.
4.2. Any person becoming entitled by operation of law or otherwise to a share or shares in consequence of the
death, incompetence or bankruptcy of any member may be registered as a member upon such evidence being
produced as may reasonably be required by the directors. An application by any such person to be registered, as
a member shall be deemed to be a transfer of shares of the deceased, incompetent or bankrupt member and the
directors shall treat it as such.
4.3. Any person who has become entitled to a share or shares in consequence of the death, incompetence or
bankruptcy of any member may, instead of being registered himself, request in writing that some person to be
named by him be registered as the transferee of such share or shares and such request shall likewise be treated
as if it were a transfer.

3.1. Předmětem omezení v memorandu jsou registrované akcie společnosti, které mohou být převedeny písemným převodem podepsaným převodcem a obsahujícím jméno a adresu nabyvatele převodu, ale v případě neexistence písemné listiny o převodu, představenstvo může přijmout takový důkaz převodu akcií, který považuje za vhodný.
3.2. Společnost nesmí být požadována vyjednávat s nabyvatel registrovaného podílu ve společnosti jako se členem, dokud je jméno převodce zapsáno v seznamu akcionářů.
3.3. Předmětem omezení v memorandu je, že společnost musí na žádost převodce nebo nabyvatele převodu registrovaných akcií ve společnosti nechat uložené jméno převodce v seznamu akcionářů tak, že záznam o převodu je pozastaven a seznam akcionářů uzavřen v takových chvílích a po takovou dobu, kterou určí čas od času usnesení rady a to vždy za předpokladu, že není přerušena registrace a seznam akcionářů není uzavřen déle než 60 dnů v jakémkoli období 12 měsíců.
4. PŘEVOD AKCIÍ
4.1. Exekutor či správce zemřelého člena, opatrovník nekompetentního člena nebo správce konkurzního člena by měli být těmi jedinými osobami uznanými společností jako ti, kteří mají nějaký nárok na jeho podíl, ale nejsou oprávněni uplatnit práva jako členové společnosti dokud nepostupují podle ustanovení uvedených v následujících dvou článcích.
4.2. Kdokoli mající nárok ze zákona nebo jiným způsobem k podílu či akciím v důsledku smrti, neschopnosti nebo konkurzu kteréhokoli člena, může být registrován jako člen na základě vytvořeného důkazu, který je odůvodněně požadován představenstvem. Žádost takové osoby k registraci jako člena musí být považována za převod akcií zesnulého, nekompetentního či konkurzního člena a představenstvo s ním musí zacházet jako s takovým.
4.3. Kdokoli kdo získal podíl či akcie v důsledku smrti, neschopnosti nebo konkurzu kteréhokoli člena, místo vlastní registrace dá písemný požadavek k tomu, aby jím byla jmenována nějaká osoba k registraci jako nabyvatel podílu nebo akcií, takový požadavek se rovněž považuje za převod.

Source text - Czech Energetické centrum je koncipováno jako samostatný provozní soubor spalovny. Jeho účelem je využití vysokotlaké páry vyrobené v utilizačním kotli spalovenské linky ke generování elektrické energie jednak pro vlastní spotřebu spalovny, ale především pro externí využití. El. energie je generována pomocí kondenzační turbíny s odběrem.
Pára pro technologickou spotřebu spalovny je odebírána z odběru turbíny. V případě výpadku vnější el. sítě slouží el. energie generovaná turbínou jako záložní zdroj energie pro provoz spalovny (ostrovní provoz).
Součástí Energocentra je parní turbína s příslušenstvím, dále provozy pro úpravu surové vody, úpravu kondenzátu, napájecí a kondenzátní nádrž, napájecí, kondenzátní a cirkulační čerpadla, kondenzátor, ohříváky napájecí vody, vzduchový kondenzátor a trafostanice.
Translation - Spanish El centro energético está diseñado como un conjunto separado de los incineradores de funcionamiento. Su propósito es utilizar vapor de alta presión generado en la caldera de utilización de la línea de incineración para generar energía eléctrica para el consumo de la incineradora, pero especialmente para un uso externo. La energía eléctrica se genera por la turbina de condensación con recolección.
El vapor para el uso tecnológico de la incineradora está tomado de una recogida de la turbina. En caso de fallo de la red eléctrica externa sirve como energía eléctrica generada por la turbina como una fuente de energía de reserva para el funcionamiento de la incineradora (funcionamiento en isla).
Como parte del Centro energético están la turbina de vapor con los accesorios, las plantas para el tratamiento de agua cruda, tratamiento del condensado, tanque de alimentación y de condensado, bomba de alimentación, condensado y de circulación, condensador, calentadores del agua de alimentación, condensadores del aire y estación transformadora.

I am a Czech Mechanical Engineer. During my studies I started translating as Freelancer, first of all for my Bachelor Degree Thesis, it is written in English. The major translations were from Czech to English. Later on, for my Master’s Thesis I was obliged to translate continually from Spanish and Czech to English. My Master’s Thesis is published on www.amazon.com. During the years 2007 and 2008 I interpreted from Czech to English different kind of topics.
When I graduated in 2010 I continued with the translation work, I translated any type of texts, especially from Czech to English and vice versa and from Czech to Spanish and vice versa. I spent two and half years working for a company that worked for Škoda Auto, a.s. (Czech automotive company) in the creation of the new car model Rapid and also the renewed models of Octavia and Octavia Combi. I was not only translating from Czech to Spanish and vice versa all kind of email, phone calls, manuals, laws, etc. I also participated in the meeting, interpreting the technical, economical deals, and solutions for the project.
I have history of translating and proofreading especially technical texts but also tourist guides, biological texts, food industry texts, etc.
