Safety Car Driver
As requested in Appendix H Article 2.9 of the International Sporting Code, the Safety Car Driver must be an experienced driver. He has to be on permanent alert and in good radio contact with Race Control.
It is important that he and the Safety Car Observer are familiar with the full Safety Car procedures as well as with all the cars.
The Safety Car driver must remain aware of the maintenance of both the car and the equipment, and signal any eventual issues to Race Control in good time.
Lights and fuel tank must be checked well in advance to avoid last minute surprises.

Der Kofax Express Export Connector Alfresco erweitert die Scan-Lösung Kofax Express um Funktionalitäten zur Übergabe von Dokumenten und Metadaten an Alfresco.


Kinderleichte Konfiguration Ihrer Alfresco-Verbindung
Auf Grund der SOAP-Technologie, welche standardmäßig in Alfresco integriert ist, benötigt der Export Connector keine zusätzlichen Anpassungen auf der Alfresco Seite. Eine Verbindung kann einfach durch Eingabe der URL und Ihrer persönlichen Authentifizierung stattfinden. Natürlich wird auch eine verschlüsselte Verbindung via "https" untersützt.


Nutzung mehrer Konfigurationen in einem Kofax Express Scan-Job
Dank der fallbezogenen Konfigurationswahl, ist es möglich unterschiedliche Dokumententypen mit verschiedenen Aspekten und Zielordner innerhalb nur eines Scan-Jobs zu verarbeiten. Dadurch kann z.B. ein Job zum Scannen des gesamten Posteingangs eingerichtet werden. Mit Hilfe einer Auswahlliste in Kofax Express wird ermittelt welche Alfresco-Übergabeparameter genutzt werden sollen. So können unterschiedliche Aspekte und Exportziele definiert werden.


Aussagefähige Dokumentenbezeichnungen
Durch die Verwendung von "Platzhaltern" innerhalb des Dokumentennamens, kann dieser individuell zusammengestellt werden. Zu Grunde liegen dafür, alle in Kofax Express verwendeten Indexfelder. Ein kleiner Wizzard hilft Ihnen bei der Konfiguration der Bezeichnung. Dadurch sind aussagekräftige
Dokumentennamen in Alfresco kein Problem. Alternativ erzeugt der Kofax Express Export Connector Alfresco auch einen eindeutigen Namen in Form einer GUID.


Mapping von Kofax Express Indexfeldern mit den Alfresco Aspekten
Die wichtigste Funktion des Kofax Express Export Connectors Alfresco ist das Verknüpfen von Kofax Express Indexfeldern mit den entsprechenden Alfresco Aspekten und deren Eigenschaften. Dabei kann auf die Eigenschaften von mehreren Aspekten zugegriffen werden. Formatkonflikte, wie zum Beispiel
bei Datumswerten können durch eine Maskierung verhindert werden.

The Kofax Express Export Connector Alfresco enhances the scanning solution Kofax Express, by offering an additional functionality for the transfer of documents and metadata to Alfresco.


Easy Configuration of your Alfresco Connection
Due to the integrated standard SOAP technology, the Export Connector does not require any adjustment on the Alfresco website. A connection can easily be established by entering the URL and your personal authentication. Alternatively, an encrypted connection via “https” is also supported.


Using several Configurations in one Kofax Express Scan Job
According to the case-based choice of configuration, it is possible to process various types of documents with different aspects and destination folders in one scan job. For example, you can set up a scan job for your entire inbox. A drop-down menu in Kofax Express enables you to determine the Alfresco transfer parameters. In this way you are able to specify different aspects and export locations.


Meaningful Document Names
Placeholders in the document name offer the possibility to individually compile the document name. These are based on the index fields, from which Kofax Express automatically extracts data from documents. A small wizard supports you during the configuration of the name. In that way creating meaningful document names in Alfresco is an easy task. Alternatively, the Kofax Express Export Connector Alfresco can generate an unambiguous name in form of a GUID.


Mapping of Kofax Express Index Fields with Alfresco Aspects
The most important function of the Kofax Express Export Connector Alfresco links the Kofax Express index fields with the corresponding Alfresco aspects and their features. You can access the features of several aspects. Format conflicts, such as date values, are prevented through a mask.

I spent one academic year in the US as well as half a year in Spain and a couple of weeks in South America. I did my Bachelor in translation/interpretation for the same languages with the specified area of economics. I have also worked as an inudstrial clerk 6 years before my studies so that I have gained a broad economic and financial knowledge that contributes to my translation and interpretation.
