Source text - German Ein intensiverer Einsatz durch Gewerkschaften, Arbeitnehmerorganisationen und die europäische Politik um in Europa mehr Arbeitszeitverkürzung durchzusetzen war eine der Forderungen am Ende des europäischen Seminars im italienischen Nalles zum Thema „Die Arbeit neu denken – die Qualität der Arbeit in der modernen Arbeitsgesellschaft Europas“, das vom 25. bis 28. Juni 2015 stattfand. Organisator war die KAB Deutschlands (Katholische Arbeitnehmer-Bewegung Deutschlands e.V.), das Seminar wurde unterstützt durch EZA und die Europäische Union. Es nahmen Vertreter/-innen von Arbeitnehmerorganisationen aus Deutschland, Österreich, der Schweiz (als Gäste), Italien, Luxemburg, Belgien, der Tschechischen Republik und den Niederlanden teil.
Translation - Spanish Una de las demandas al finalizar el seminario europeo que se celebró entre el 25 y el 28 de junio de 2015 en Nalles (Italia) con el título “Replantear el trabajo. La calidad del trabajo en la sociedad laboral moderna europea”, fue hacer una apuesta más intensiva por parte de los sindicatos, organizaciones de trabajadores y la política europea para imponer en Europa más reducciones de jornada. El organizador fue KAB Alemania (Movimiento de trabajadores católicos de Alemania), y el seminario contó con el apoyo de EZA y de la Unión Europea. En el seminario participaron representantes de organizaciones de trabajadores de Alemania, Austria, Suiza (como invitados), Italia, Luxemburgo, Bélgica, la República Checa y los Países Bajos.

Source text - English This morning, we reported our fourth quarter and full year results for 2014. Our underlying revenue grew 2%* for both the quarter and the full year; trading profit was up 7% for the quarter and up 3% for the year.
Our results in 2014 reflect the continuing implementation of our strategy, and the choices we have made to transform our business for higher growth. We have made significant progress toward our goal to have
two-thirds of our business in higher growth franchises and geographies.
We have supported this ambition with the successful acquisition and integration of ArthroCare, which strengthened our position in sports medicine, as well as through new growth platforms such as Advanced Wound Bioactives, and the launch of the Syncera commercial model and mid-tier portfolio. At the same time, and as important, we have improved our existing businesses, delivering a better performance in US Reconstruction and strong 17% growth in the emerging markets.
Translation - Spanish Esta mañana hemos dado a conocer nuestros resultados para el cuarto trimestre y para todo el año 2014. Nuestros ingresos subyacentes se han incrementado en un 2%* tanto a nivel trimestral como a nivel anual.
