Explanation:
"Tareeqat" is the method of recognizing and reaching to Allah tala used by Mystics.

According to a Great Sufi

" شریعت نام ہے اللہ تعالیٰ کو چھہ فٹ کا جسم دینے کا (یعنی نماز ، روزہ زکوۃ وغیرہ کرنے کا) اور طریقت نام ہے اللہ تعالیٰ کو دل دینے کا (یعنی انھی عبادات میں دل کو خالص اللہ تعالیٰ کی طرف متوجہ کرنے کا)۔"۔

Real tareeqat is the one which do not collides with any single principal of Islamic Law and which strictly follows all the aspects of Sharia.

Explanation:
Tareegah, as Mr. Harisali explained in short, is the Tecnicality of a path or a method to approach a given Idea or a matter to be dealt with.
Every Sufi School has it's respected Tareegah, approaching the Beloved, and every Torog shaping that Tareegah is a step in that Lather towards Him. They could be consistent of Special Hymn, Dhekr, an action required or requested, for a person to follow and believe in, in order to fall in that particular Tareegah path.
Hope I have been able to explain a little further.
In the other hand, Since there are extremely narrow lines within Shari'a and it is almost impossible to allow anyone, access to rule by the Shari'a since ther is no one infallible and or a person with divine knowledge of Quranic Laws to interpret the Laws within Quran. So ever after the Demise of The Holy Prophet, Ahlel Bait e Nabi, and Truthful Sahabi (PBUTA) anyone who was not understandable, by the mass or the mufti or the khalif of the time, were condemned and put away. ...But NO Shari'a In Islam does not condemn Tareegah any where. For the Laws of Shari'a are mainly to deal within conjunction of ones connections, dealings, ....within a given society or event. After all Tareegah followers are all Muslims, and their main goal to seek nearness and solitude with the Beloved, and expelling of worldly matters....
