from Polish Parish Records....I think this is Ukrainian....I copied these three words from someones handwritten notes, so excuse spelling.

The first word seems to be transliterated "knigi", which means "book" in Genitive; ZAKS is probably ZAGS, which is a Soviet institution for civil registration; but the second word does not resemble what it should be ("zapysiv" in Ukr. or "zapisey" in Rus.), that is "records".
