'Question box' might very well do, depending on the wider context.

problem page or advice page
Is this a service like the advice pages in many magazines - sometimes referred to as ´agony columns´ and run by ´agony aunts´? In spite of the name, they often took questions very seriously and gave sound advice or referred the askers to experts.
You will find advice pages on all sorts of topics on the Internet -- health, gardening, you name it... that would be my suggestion.
Alternatively mailbox - an advice mailbox.

(online) question and answer blog/service/site
xxxx xxxxxxx runs/hosts the (online) question and answer blog/service/site Ask xxx xxxxx ...
Something like this might be an option, although I've had to do a bit of guesswork/research to determine the actual context.
Here is an example from a different field:
NEWTON, Ask A Scientist
Our online question-and-answer service for K-12 teachers and their students was launched in November of 1991.

If the frågelåda in question is simply a feature offered say at the end of a website dealing in general with internet safety for anyone who still needs more information, then something like "ask an expert [or ask a question] page/feature/section", as in this example, with an "ask an expert" link in the right-hand bar:
Welcome, parents, to The Door That's Not Locked website!
Ask an Expert!
http://www.thedoorthatsnotlocked.ca/app/en/parent
See also this list of "frågelådor" and the various ways the term is handled in both Swedish and English.
