Swedish term

god anläggningsyta mot thorax

Swedish to English Medical Medical (general)
A doctor's patient notes contain the following remarks:

"Buk: Mjuk och oöm. Ingen hepatosplenomegali. God anläggningsyta mot thorax."

How should the third sentence above be interpreted?

Thanks

can be felt nicely against the thorax

I think they may mean that, when palpating to see what can be felt, the position of abdominal organs and muscles is good in relation to the position of those in the thorax, presumably meaning that things are where they ought to be. I stand to be corrected though if anyone knows a specific medical expression that is used to explain this.
