It's a column in a share ledger. (and it has numbers: 1a, 1b, etc.)

Here is an example of a phrase from the "Observations" section of the same share ledger where the "rum" is mentioned:

Rum 1 har ersatts av rum 1.a-1.d 2013-11-26 och 4 nya aktiebrev har utfärdats, med ..... Ltd som ägare, med aktie nr:
1-3..., 33..-51.., 51..-59.. och 59..-67.. varigenom tidigare aktiebrev 1-67.. makulerats.
