It is the responsibility of the subcontractor to certify that the following insurances are valid at the time of transportation for X company.
Vehicle insurance:
1.If equipment owed by X company is damaged, this must be reported and documented regardless of the extent of the damage. If the damage is substantial, and must be cleared by the insurance company (>0,2bb) an official damage report must be filled in on relevant form issued by the insurance company. No repairs may be performed without the conscent of X company.
