Agneta Pallinder
: How about "reconciled overtime"?

Yes, tak, tak! Even better. The only slight problems with reconciled are that 1. it's unclear what it's being reconciled with and 2. has vague echoes of old men like me being exhorted to 'reconcile' past (shameful) behaviour with a conscience.

Definition
Avstämningsövertid är den arbetstid som en personal arbetar utöver ordinarie arbets-tid under en viss period. Transportförare har flexibel arbetstid som räknas över en tre månaders period. Under den perioden ska de arbeta ett visst antal timmar. Om dessa timmar överstiger det som är avtalat utgår ersättning med övertid = avstämningsövertid

Hello
I've really tried to find an "official" name for this but I can't.
If you look at the reference I posted, there is a fixed period, say 3 months and overtime is calculated if you do more than your normal number of hours over this period.
In French, the same system before overtime is calculated is "modulation du temps du travail" often translated as "modulation of working time/hours of work" - no doubt due to the French having an influence on the English translation -
If you are meant to work say 8 hours a day and you do 9 hours on one day, there is no overtime immediately due cos the next day you might only work 7 hours
But the overtime has to calculated occasionally and paid and maybe this is done once every three months

Discussion
I kind of like Agneta's suggestion but it would mean nothing to an English speaker.
I've argued elsewhere that the underlying system on which overtime is calculated is the modulation of hours system
So either you stretch out the phrase to explain it or just put "reconciled overtime" and add translator notes.
I don't think you can do better than that as we just don't have an expression for this
