Mir fehlt natürlich mehr Kontext, aber so wie ich es verstehe, handelt es sich bei dieser Beurkundung (escritura) um ein unentgeltliches Rechtsgeschäft (acto a título gratuito), daher ist der Notar davon befreit (dispensado), Auskünfte aus den Registern einzuholen (obtener información registral)

Grundbuchauskunft finde ich zu spezifisch (nur für Immobilien), es könnte sich nämlich auch um andere Register handeln ... also sollte man den Ausdruck m.E. weit fassen ... wir können aus dem Kontext nämlich nicht erschliessen, ob es sich um bewegliches oder unbewegliches Vermögen handelt
