Riqueza > concentración.

Concentración: Cantidad de una sustancia, expresada en peso o en moles, por unidad de peso o volumen del medio en que se encuentra. Puede expresarse como porcentaje (riqueza). No es sinónimo de dosis.

trial for richness (quantitative - qualitative percentage of a specific substance)/richness testing

Without any other context, "riqueza", seems to refer to the abundance of certain substance being tested.

Additional context would help to give a more accurate answer.
