Spanish term

NED

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) CT scan
This is taken from a Spanish hospital medical report, giving a very abbreviated summary of results:
After a summary of blood tests, there is:

TAC TAP: NED

TAC TAP is torax-abdomen-pelvis CT scan, but the NED... I suspect it is an abbreviation for something along the lines of "No xxx detectado".

Ian Beattie's book

As Tom Walker mentioned above, we have an excellent and very comprehensive hard-copy resource "Medical Abbreviations Spanish-English" by Ian Beattie. This is published by Editorial Club Universitario in Spain.

Every entry is accompanied by its English equivalent. For NED, he has the Spanish expansion "no evidencia de enfermedad" followed by possible English translations: NAD (no apparent disease) or NDF (no disease found)
