: No, if it were protectors it would be Inter-Foundation Protectors' Agreement. Protectors may be OK if you really want but your interpretation is ungrammatical.

My web ref. quote refers to protectors of a Panamanian foundation not the trustees of a Trust.

And I think it must be inter otherwise it's a nonsense.
