Spanish term
aforo
Spanish to English
Bus/Financial
Finance (general)
Mortgages
From a definition of terms used for housing mortgage loans in Mexico: "aforo: el porcentaje de financiamiento sobre el valor del inmueble que equivale al préstamo".
Would this be the "appraised value"? Or the loan-value ratio? Or...?
Thanks in advance for your help.
