Algo así como "In conformity/accordance with relevant regulations, as well as with the technical and laboratory practice aspects established in the curriculum"

Gracias nuevamente

what is outlined/set forth in the curriculum

"...followed the relevant [rules and] regulations, as well as what is outlined/set forth in the curriculum"

programado = scheduled (literally)

What author likely meant to convey (slightly tweaked by yours truly):

In compliance with unversity regulations and with what is outlined/set forth in the curriculum (regarding the laboratory's technical and practical aspects), she directed/supervised several degree-ending research projects"

Notes:

(1) Since the author chose not to use 'tesis,' I would follow suit in this regard.
(2) At Monash University, I had a PhD 'supervisor' and 'co-supervisor,' the terminology typically employed at (top-ranked) universities in Australia.
(3) Instead of 'curriculum,' the word 'syllabi' (plural) may be especially useful, if referring to a group of different courses she may have taught is deemed advisable.

De nada, Yvonne. Me parece bien.

neutral philgoddard : Sorry, but this is ungrammatical as well as redundant - if you leave out "what is outlined in", it still means the same. And there's nothing wrong with "study plan".

This is not ungrammatical, nor redundant. It's a question of creating a target text that captures the style of the original. Stylistic and rhetorical features are also worthy of the translator's attention. '...outlined in the curriculum' is perfectly fine

in the study plan

You can ignore "lo programado en" because it's redundant - that's what a study plan does.
I think the explanation for the rest of the sentence is probably simpler than you suggest: there may be an "y" missing after "estudios".

neutral Marcelo González : I think 'programado' may convey something that could and perhaps should be communicated here. And 'study plan' sounds like something to be considered further down on a list of more natural-sounding options. IMO. Curriculum or course guide is more like it.

As well as laboratory practice and techniques according to the syllabus / curriculum

Curriculum contains the overall content as provided by an education board for a particular course spanning across a stipulated time period. Whereas syllabus explains the summary of different topics covered or units that will be taught in a specific subject or discipline under that particular course.
