you are beautiful
Most commonly used with a man (hermoso) to translate into English as handsome. Since a woman is not generally said to be handsome it can be translated as a few words to include beautiful, attractive, gorgeous and other stages of "charisma" associated with appearance and other magnetic human qualities of social interactions. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
